WORD FOCUS: PRAY ACCORDING TO GOD’S
ABUNDANT GRACE
TEXT: Ps 139:5 “Thou hast beset me behind and before, and laid thine hand upon me…”

When it comes to prayer, God isn’t moved by the quality or the quantity of your words. He’s moved by a heart that spills the burdens of the day across the altar, exposing every worry to His power. Your confidence in prayer is not based on your ability to speak, but on God’s grace” – His supernatural favour and empowerment upon you for answered prayers.
If you want relief and comfort, give your ‘distress and grief’ up to God, for whatever you give to God, He handles. What you keep, you burn yourself out trying to handle. Prayer gives you back the strength, energy to cope, and right focus that everyday life takes away. When you pray, you’re saying, ‘Lord, I believe You’re more competent to deal with this than I am, and I trust You to do it.’
God is my father, I have been designed to fellowship with Him in prayers . God is ready to intervene on my behalf, and I am ready to let Him. ‘ I Commit my ways to the Lord, I trust also in Him, and He shall bring to pass all my expectations in Jesus name’ (Psalms 37:5).Do not allow the weights of your burdens keep you away from Him in prayers; you do not escape His notice as well.
