TOPIC: SPEAK FAITH FILLED WORDS (1)
TEXT: Mark 11:22-24 “And Jesus Answering saith unto them, Have faith in God. For verily I say unto you, that whosoever shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which he saith shall come to pass….”

Faith is acting on what God’s word says Jesus has done for you. It is acting on the Word of God without sensory evidence. Faith is taking God’s Word as fact regardless of your circumstances. As believers
you are to live by faith and act on what God’s word says He has done for you. Taking God’s word as fact over your resources, finances, marriage, children, health, circumstances and in everything. Whatever constitutes your life must respond to faith that is why you are a child of God.
When things are rough, your five senses tell you to be afraid but because you are in Christ, you are in a privileged position. Your Father God who said “Light Be” and it was, lives in you so speak faith to your situation.
God through His word teaches you how to truly be His child in a world that is against everything that HE IS.
The bible says the JUST – those declared righteous/in right standing with God shall live by Faith. It means that everything concerning your life is by Faith. It’s a life that’s constantly dependent on God’s word for
its existence. ‘Having faith in God ‘means confidence trust in God.
The key verse says ‘whosoever says’ — faith starts with our ‘words’ say to this mountain. That is why as believers there is nothing like silent prayer, you have to open your mouth and say something because faith is activitated by our words. What comes out of your mouth matters. Say to the mountain, move and go yonder. Literally God is not saying we should speak to physical mountain because you can walk around a mountain so it’s not an obstacle. Mountain here speaks of something beyond you. If you walk in faith, the first evidence is the word that comes out of your mouth; your word tells what is going on in the inside because people don’t really know what you believe until you say something. The disciples of Jesus asked their Master to teach them how to pray and he said “when you pray Say” because words carry power.
Today, open your mouth and say what you want to see in your life, family, finances and nation etc. You are the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus.
