TOPIC: RELEASE THE POWER IN YOU
TEXT: Ephesians 3:20 “Now unto him that is able to do exceeding abundantly above all that we ask or think, according to the power that worketh in us,…”

God’s Word says that there is “power that works in us”. It is a tremendous power that shakes the heavens and the earth because it comes from the throne of God. The problem, however, is that many of us don’t release that power. Power means dynamis (doonamis)- force, miraculous power, ability, abundance, mightily, worker of miracle, power, strength, violence, mighty (wonderful). God wants us to release that power because there are things that will not happen on earth and in our lives until we do so.
1. YOU RELEASE THIS POWER BY YOUR WORDS – Praying in tongues..: this is when you allow the Holy Spirit make intercession for you. Rom 8:26, 1 Cor 14:2.
2. USE THE AUTHORITY THAT JESUS GAVE YOU. Jesus said that “whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven”. (Matthew 16:19) when you bind it means; you tie something with a chain, to forbid, to prohibit, declare as illegal and when you loose it means you break (up), destroy, dissolve, (un-)loose, melt, put off.
In essences, Jesus is saying to you right now that what you permit to happen, heaven will permit. What you disallow, heaven will disallow. Jesus loosed Lazarus from death. Jesus loosed many from sickness. So right now open your mouth and release that Power in you.
